I think all dreams, 2 1 xtent or another( som less so, som more so) apply on both a personal n universal level; however how d personal n universal rub against each other @ any given pt in time, gr8tly differs from person 2 person, ergo 2 people could hav '+/-same' dream, but meanin could b largly diff....
